Warranty and support

Climate King places great value on trust and is confident in the quality of its products. Warranty periods vary by product category and model. Selected Split Air Conditioners are covered by a manufacturer's parts warranty of up to 5 years, while Airdeck Pro Flat Roof Air Conditioners include up to 3 years of manufacturer's parts warranty. Portable Air Conditioners are covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Specific warranty terms and coverage are provided with each product.

Our support does not stop after purchase. We assist customers with product advice, installation support, and maintenance guidance to help ensure long term performance, efficiency, and reliability.
